Module Manufacturing Process in Factory

The Modules
The Modules are constructed out of box section steel and provide a modular solution for a permenant building. All the internal walls are lined with two layers of Fermacell Board and no plaster board is used in the construction. Once installed no joints between the the modules will be visible internally or externally

Start of Manufacture: July 2005
Despatch Date: September 2005
Operational: December 2005
Services Installation
The mechanical and electrical services are installed prior to the modules leaving the factory and are fully compliant with all UK regulations and Hospital HTM's. All the mechanical services are tested in each individual module prior to despatch. The electrical services are tested on site.
The next progress report on the project will be published at the end of August 2005.
