Lister 2, Simpson 2. New disabled shower unit
The Brief
To supply twin disabled shower and sanitary unit to two storey existing ward. The structure is to look modern but be sympathetic to the existing brick built ward. The extension is to create the impression of being traditionally built.

The Solution
A pre engineered steel framed two module unit was manufactured (ground and first floor). The building was manufactured with top half clad in laminate panel to match the existing colours with the ground floor in a traditional render finish.

The modules were manufactured in a four week period and erected on site in one day, with connection to existing structure taking a further four days.
